Reflections

Why Leadership Reflections are

  1. Reflections align with the ethos of Leadership3.
Leadership3 is built around depth, intentionality, and meaning-making. Starting with Reflective Questions positions the site—and you—as a leadership thought partner, not just a trainer.
  2. Reflections create engagement before assessment.
Reflective questions invite curiosity. They’re open, personal, and values-led. Once someone reflects, they’re far more willing to explore competencies (which can feel prescriptive).
  3. Reflective Questions make better use of Porto’s ‘Events’ layout.
If this section presents “moments of insight” or “calls to leadership attention,” then a reflections-based visual layout (linked to your 6 REs and Leadership Anatomy) fits beautifully. Each “event” becomes a reflection category—clickable, visual, and human-centered.
  4. Competency frameworks fit better inside your Moodle.
You already have a full competency engine in Moodle 5, where learners can explore, track, and apply frameworks in context. Use the website to draw them in—not to overwhelm with structured rubrics too early.
